If you have forgotten your password or email id, or you can’t get OTP, follow these steps to recover your Exotel Account.

Forgot Your Password

Follow the steps to reset your password.

Click on forgot password link to reset password
Choose a way using which you want to reset password
If you have chosen Email
Enter your registered Email Id for which you want to reset password
If the entered Email Id is registered with us, we will send you a reset link on your registered/verified Email id as well as on your registered/verified phone number
Once you click on the reset link, it will ask you to create a new password for your account
Create a strong password for your account, make sure you fulfil all the asked requirement for your password
Once you save password you can go back to login page and use this new password for login
If you have chosen Phone number
Enter your registered phone number to reset password
If the entered phone number is registered with us, we will send you an OTP to verify your identity
If you have entered the correct OTP in the OTP screen, your identity will be verified and you will see a list of account linked to your phone number
Click on the account for which you want to reset password
Once you selected the account, it will ask you to create a new password
Create a strong password for your account, make sure you fulfil all the asked requirement for password
Once you save your password you can go back to login page and use this new password for login

Forgot the Email Address you use to sign in

Follow the steps to recover your Email Id

Click on the forgot email link to recover your Email Id
Enter your registered/verified phone number to recover your Email Id
If the entered phone number is registered/verified with us, we will send you an OTP to verify your identity
If you have entered the correct OTP in the OTP screen, your identity will be verified and you will see a list of account linked to your phone number
Click on the Email Id for which you want to login
It will redirect you to login page pre-filled with Email Id

If you chose to receive OTP by text message, make sure your service plan and mobile device support text message delivery. Delivery speed and availability may vary by location and service provider. If text message delivery is slow, try using the phone call option.
