The following questions relate to issues you might encounter when following the steps to recover email id

  • Your phone number is not verified with Exotel

When you enter a Phone number to recover email id, in backend we try to verify whether entered information exist in our system or not. If you are a registered user but your phone number is not verified in our system then also you will not receive a link or code to recover email id. 

  • Please give a missed call from newly added number to 09513885656 or any of the number listed here

  • Submitted too many attempts

To protect your account, we limit the number of times you can attempt recover email id via phone number. Exotel temporarily disables a particular account reset option after too many incorrect attempts. The recovery option will be re-enabled on the next day. In the meantime, you can contact to hello@exotel.in
