To set up your Exotel Account, the first step is to get an ExoPhone; given below is the 4 step process to acquire one (remember you would need ₹ 500 or more in your account to get an ExoPhone) You can also check your Exophone charges from your Bill plan  https://my.exotel.com/billing


Note: Only Admins can procure Exophones. Here's How:


Step 1: Click on the ExoPhones tab in your Exotel Account




Step 2: Click on New ExoPhone button




Step 3: Select your region and choose the ExoPhone


Step 4: Click on Rent and then assign the desired call flow



And you are set to go :)

Note:   We currently allow 5 ExoPhones to be added per day to your account. Please reach out to hello@exotel.in if you would like to increase the limit.

Follow DLT guidelines for your Sender ID/Templates. Leave it blank, if you don't intend to use SMS.


Note 2: For IP-PSTN intermix, you can purchase ExoPhones only from regions where you have completed your KYC in. Please refer to this page[section: For IP-PSTN intermix (Bangalore only)] for steps to complete KYC
