Cash on Delivery Verification, Order Confirmation, Automated Surveys, and Feedback are a few examples of the use-cases for which connect to an App flow can be used.
Connecting to a call flow is just like making an outbound call from the dashboard. The only difference here is that the dialed number will receive the call first and then the call flow will be executed. The following steps will show how to connect a call to a flow.
1. Login into your Exotel account
2. Click on the 'Call' button on the top left of the page
3. Enter the number you wish to dial
4) Click on 'Advanced +' and choose your required flow in the 'Connect To' dropdown
5. Click 'Call' for the call flow to be executed.
