A short video:

1. Please login to Exotel account using user credential – he/she is the admin of this account.

2. Once you log in, click on the "Co-workers and groups" tab on the left side panel, on the right side of the page, you will notice a Tab ”invite co-workers”


3. Click the "Invite co-workers" tab and fill in the necessary information, select the role as Admin in the list.

4. Exotel will send an email with a link. Please click the link and follow the instructions.

5. Your account is set!!

6. Subsequently to your account setup, you can go to the Exotel dashboard & click co-workers and groups, you will see a list of people. You can choose to delete the ones who are not required to be part of your Exotel account
