For creating a group on the dashboard, please follow the below steps -
- Goto 'Co-workers and Groups': https://my.in.exotel.com/exotel/accounts
- Click on 'Add Group'
Enter the name of the group and you are done!
Note: Email ID is not a mandatory requirement for the group.
Additionally, to add a user to a group, you just need to drag and drop the user to the created group.
