In the event that the tenant raises a ticket claiming that despite the email notification being turned on, they are not receiving email notifications. In this scenario, we must raise CT to determine whether that specific email address is included in AWS's suppression list. If so, TS will remove that specific email from the suppression list, and everything will function normally after that. The specific email address will begin to receive email notifications.
