Introduction

Verifying users' phone numbers will enable newly added agents/employees/co-workers to use their respective Exotel accounts to make calls and send sms.

When we receive a request like this, the client may not be able to verify users from their end even though they tried using the missed call approach. Then, we can verify them from our end using the metadata link.
