Dispositions helps your team in categorising calls. This feature is not enabled by default, however, you can request us to get this done. All we need is the list of the dispositions that you need us to enable. The disposition pop-up will come up after every incoming and outgoing call. The dashboard will have the information of the selected disposition against each of the calls. This is how dispositions look on your dashboard.
