Your team can classify calls using dispositions. You can ask us to turn this feature on even though it is not enabled by default. The list of dispositions you want us to activate is all we really require. After each incoming and outgoing call, a disposition pop-up will appear.

The information of the selected disposition for each call will be displayed on the dashboard. Dispositions appear like this on your dashboard.
