Question: I got a call for another company. The customer told he wanted to connect to a certain  number. But the call landed on my company. Looks like some bug. Can you have a look?


This happens once in a while. We have checked these things in the past and it is always because the customer has dialed a wrong number. Next time when you get a call for another company, ask him to look into his display and read out the number he dialed. Almost always, the customer will realize that he typed the wrong number. In other words, just like how you get wrong number calls on your personal phone, you also get them on your company number too.
