Question: We are not receiving Missed / Received call alerts via email. What should I do?

 Call type Apps built using App Builder
 Zero, Oak tree & other call connect apps
 Missed call (No one in a group picked up the call) As a part of "When nobody answers" option in call connect  Email address in the third option (If nobody answered the call)
Incoming call (That is, a fully attended call)  Through the Email applet (If avaialble) Second option in zero app (Then send an email to)
Call attempt (Person cuts the call even before the system tries to connect to you) Email will sent to the IDs configured in the
