Question: We are not receiving Missed/Received call alerts via email. What should I do?
Answer:
Call type | Apps built using App Builder | Zero, Oak tree & other call connect apps |
Missed call (no one in the group picked up the call) | As a part of the "When nobody answers" option in call connect | Email address in the third option (if nobody answered the call) |
Incoming call (That is, a fully attended call) | Through the Email applet (If available) | The second option in the zero app (then send an email to) |
Call attempt (Person cuts the call even before the system tries to connect to you) | An email will be sent to the IDs configured in the Call-attempt Notification Email field in http://my.exotel.in//cinfoMore info here | No email alert. Other notifications work |
