Click on the Rupee symbol on your right-hand side top.




Click on 'Make a Payment' and select the recharge option as per your requirement.



Making a payment is as easy as setting up an account with Exotel. We offer multiple payment options both online and offline, however, we highly recommend sticking to online payments as they get updated almost instantly whereas offline payment takes time. Please visit http://my.exotel.in/pay to make your payments. Following are the various modes of payment on offer:           

  1. Netbanking: We accept payments through Netbanking from all Indian banks. 

  2. Cards:  Our payment gateway supports both credit and debit cards.

  3. Courier a Cheque: This mode of payment should be the last resort as it takes a lot of effort from your end as well as ours. If you pay by cheque, it takes up to 7 days from the time we have received the cheque for the payment to reflect in your account. 

  4. Wallet: We accept payments from your online wallets as well. For now, we accept payments from PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, and PayZApp. 

  5. UPI/QR: We facilitate UPI payments as well. You can enter the UPI ID or the phone number or scan the QR code from your UPI app(PhonePe, Google Pay, or any other UPI App). 

  6. NEFT: It takes up to 3-5 working days for the payment to reflect in your account. Below are the bank account details:
