In this article, let's see how to send SMS after a missed call.
Step 1: Go to the app Bazar section, click on the edit call app for the respective flow corresponding to your exophone.
Step 2: In the call flow go to the part where you have added connect applet and scroll down the page to the end.
Step 3: There you will find a section called “If nobody answers”, enable the Go to option so that you can configure the flow further.
Step 4: Now drag and drop the SMS Applet in drop applet here part.
Step 5: Choose the approved template from the Choose a SMS template section option.
If you do not have any template then refer to this article for getting the template approved from DLT portal.
