The billing procedure for all accounts has recently undergone adjustments from us. Rental fees were previously billed pro-rata on a daily basis throughout the month.
Starting from 1st April 2020, all rental charges as per your bill plan are deducted on the 1st of every month.
You would have received an email from us on 6th March 2020, regarding the same.
The rental charges include:
User rental Charges
ExoPhone rental charges
Software rental charges(Rental charges for Apps installed by Users) - This refers to the Apps available in the App Bazaar.
For example, please consider the below Sample Bill plan
As per this plan,
A rental of Rs 199 will be charged (deducted from credits) once the fourth user is added.
ExoPhone Rental Fees: For each additional ExoPhone, a rental fee of Rs 499 will be assessed (deducted from credits).
Please note, For new users/Exophones, the monthly rental will be charged on the addition of them to the account.
For instance, if you acquire an ExoPhone on the twentieth of the month, you will be charged a rental of Rs 499 for that month, and the monthly rental will be charged once more on the first of the following month because the rental cycle is between the first and final day of the month.
The rental would apply for both numbers as long as they were two different numbers if an ExoPhone was removed and then acquired within the same month. If the same number is deleted and then bought again, only one monthly rental fee will be applied.
