If you're not getting pop-ups for incoming calls, we suggest you try the following steps first:


  1. Try opening http://my.exotel.in else if you have an account with Mumbai stamp the link: http://my.in.exotel.in in another browser, and see if you get pop-ups for incoming calls
  2. Check if the pop-up is allowed on the browser settings.
  3. Clear your browser cache & cookies, and log into your Exotel account again.
  4. If you're using a restrained network, please ask your network/system administrator to check if there are any blockages on additional traffic.
