If you're not getting pop-ups for incoming calls, request you to try the following first

  1. Try opening http://my.exotel.in in another browser and see if you get pop-ups for incoming calls.
  2. Clear your cache & cookies and log into your account again
  3. If you're using a restrained network, please ask your network/system administrator if there are any blockages on additional traffic
