To change your notification preferences:

  • Log in to Exotel
  • Click on the Settings spanner at the top of your account and then click on Notifications Settings on the left panel




  • Toggle On/Off the notification boxes to reflect your notification preferences.


NOTE: You can opt-out of most communications from Exotel. But, we may need to send you certain communications, such as downtime notifications, pending bills, and other administrative messages. At Exotel, we strongly feel about not spamming our customers.
