Is there a way to do parallel ringing?
Parallel ringing or simultaneous ringing enables businesses to automatically redirect incoming calls to a maximum of 5 agents at the same time.
This means that when an incoming call land on the connect Applet, Exotel dials out to five of the available agents at once. This ensures quicker response as the customer will more often than not, find an agent to talk to, thereby improving the customer experience, while also circumventing the issues that may be caused due to intermittent network issues that might occur on an agent's phone (For example, low network connectivity).
Once an agent answers the call, the other phones will automatically stop ringing. This is beneficial, especially for businesses with a customer-facing team.
