Exotel Account Settings
1. Click on the ‘My account’ icon on the top right of your home page.
2. Choose the setting option on the sidebar
3. Choose Exotel settings and you can see the Exotel SID corresponds to your company name or account name registered with Exotel.
In the sidebar of your home page click on the 'SMS Configurations' option.
2. You can customize your SMS template, SMS Sender ID, SMS DLT entity ID and to use it, you will require to get approval from Exotel before you can use it.
