Please note that you should not delete the TEST SMS present under the SMS template section. Always make sure this test template is available on your dashboard. If in case you delete this test SMS, then you can't add any new template and you can't send SMSes as expected.
Please reach out to us if you deleted the TEST SMS by mistake.
