In the tool segment, we launched the New campaign (for Call, SMS and Dialer) with improved feature sets (as shown in the image below)
As a result, the Old Call, SMS and Dialer's create campaign capability will be deprecated.
Deprecation Plan for Old Campaigns
In multiple stages, Old Campaign will be discontinued. We will first limit the ability to create campaigns. The campaign feature in the Campaigns (old) area will be totally deprecated in the subsequent phase phase.
Phase-1 → Deprecating Create Call Campaign capability
Date of Effect: December 1, 2021
From the date of impact, users will not be able to create any campaigns.
Users can access any earlier call campaigns that were made.
Users can still create new SMS campaigns using the previous campaign area.
Phase-2 → Deprecating Call Campaign capability completely
Date of Effect: March 1, 2022
Users will not be able to even view the past call campaign, from the date of impact
Migration of data from old campaigns to new campaigns will not be possible
Users can still use the old campaign section for creating new SMS campaigns
Phase-3 → Deprecating Create SMS Campaign capability
Date of Effect: December 1, 2022
From the date of impact, users will not be able to create any SMS campaigns.
Users can access any earlier SMS campaigns that were made till January 1st 2023
Phase-4 → Deprecating Old Campaign capability
Date of Effect: January 1, 2023
From the date of impact, users will not be able access Old Camapign page
Users can not access any earlier campaigns that were made
Uses have to use New Campaigns page for creating any kind of campaigns

Please use the New campaign section to implement any new Call,SMS or Auto-Dialer campaigns you may want to launch going forward.
