Maybe you recharged your account for the first time? Trying to get outgoing transactional SMSs working? Maybe you tried to send a test SMS but that does not appear to work?


  1. Now that you have made the first payment, Ensure you have purchased an ExoPhone rather than trying to use the Trial Account (free) number. Start here: http://my.exotel.in/numbers

  2. Your entity should be registered on any of the six DLT portals and you need to update the SMS Sender IDs, SMS templates that are approved from the DLT portal. If you are using the dashboard to send SMSs, they will be sent only if the DLT Entity ID is updated and if the SMS Sender ID and the SMS templates are approved.
