- Ensure that you have purchased an ExoPhone rather than trying to use the Trial Account (free) number now that you have paid the initial payment. Begin here: http://my.exotel.in/numbers
- Your entity must be registered on one of the six DLT portals, and you must update the SMS Sender IDs and SMS templates that the DLT portal has authorised. If you use the Exotel dashboard to deliver SMSs, just the DLT Entity ID must be modified, and only the SMS Sender ID and SMS templates must be authorised.
