How do I track changes made in the product by my team?


If you're the admin of the account, under the Admin tab you will now see a new option called "Co workers Activity log".

This tab lists the changes done to your account along with the timestamp.


The changes that can currently be tracked are:

Agent Log in

Agent Log out

New call flow creation

Existing call flow modification

Existing call flow deletion

Addition of a coworker to a group

Deletion of a coworker from a group

Creation of a new group

Deletion of a group',

Addition of a coworker to the account

Deletion of a coworker from the account

Addition of a coworker as admin to the account

Deletion of a virtual number

Purchase of a virtual number

Provided admin access

Revoked from admin access
