I removed a user from my account, but now I want to re-add them. How can I do this?


To add the same user back, navigate to the Co-workers and Groups section and click on "Invite co-workers." However, you won't be able to use the same email ID for the agent, as the system will indicate that the email ID is already in use for the same or a different account.

To resolve this issue, you can append "+1" to the original email ID when adding the user again. For example, if the email ID was "test@exotel.com," you can add them as "test+1@exotel.com." This will register as a new email ID in the system, but you will still receive all emails to the original email ID, "test@exotel.com."



If you are an admin for the account, you can add the user to the Exotel dashboard to grant them access to the account. Here's how you can add a new user to your account.
